These highly prestigious awards are presented to the learners who have achieved the highest standard mark in the world in an individual subject. Students from over 40 countries around the world sit CAIE examinations every year.

Year 13 student Bruce Zou (Te Kanawa House) achieved Top in the World in AS Design and Technology. Year 12 student Jay Hwang (Mansfield) achieved Top in the World in AS Mathematics.

Jay鈥檚 achievement is especially impressive, as he completed the AS Mathematics course in Year 11 - a year ahead of time. Jay is studying at Macleans College as an international student from Korea.

Bruce and Jay will be recognised later this week at the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards Ceremony.
